owToo is thrilled to announce that we are recipients of the Boosting Female Founders Initiative from the Australian Federal Government.
After an extensive application process, HowToo was selected from a pool of over 2200 majority-female-led Australian businesses to receive funding towards scaling into domestic and global markets. The highly competitive grant is part of the Women's Economic Security Package delivering $12 million of targeted support on a co-contribution basis to female founders of startup businesses.
The grant comes at the end of a highly successful launch year for HowToo, with many large corporate and government customers joining the platform. A significant number of exciting new features were rolled out across the year, including new capabilities, visual themes and learning templates, with many more features planned for 2021.
The grant will contribute to the evolution of HowToo into a novel AI-enabled learning marketplace. This marketplace will allow anyone with content to build and sell high quality learning courses.
“We are really honoured and grateful to be selected as a recipient of the Boosting Female Founders grant,” says CEO Lisa Vincent. “We can't wait to take our HowToo digital learning platform to the next level and expand globally.”
HowToo also congratulates the other Initiative recipients. The full list can be viewed here.
