• Review the broader aims of the ISO 27001 framework and what it provides
• Identify the control sets used in organisations to assist with and resolve information security risks
• Assess information security risks they may encounter in their organisation
• Specify who is responsible for Information Security in their organisation

Module 2 (25min):‍

I want my learner to be able to:‍

• Examine the ISMS, the Policy Document Suite and its purpose of protecting information
• Review the contents of the ISMS documents
• Assess how the ISMS can benefit their organisation
• Identify roles, responsibilities and authorities that apply to the implementation of the ISMS in their organisation

Module 3 (20min):‍

I want my learner to be able to:‍

• Identify why administration policies and procedures are relevant to them and their organisation
• Review the administration policies and procedures as part of the ISO 27001 Policy Document Suite
• Examine the five key documents within the administration policies and procedures for their organisation
• Determine the Measuring & Monitoring Performance KPIs for their organisation
• Define the terms used to describe procedures undertaken to establish the risks and opportunities of an organisation

Module 4 (25min):

I want my learner to be able to:‍

• Assess the benefits of having clear assessments, measurements and improvements in their organisation
• Review the Assessment, Measurement & Improvement documents and policies as part of the ISO 27001 Policy Document Suite
• Examine the documents and registers of the Assessment, Measurement and Improvement policy for their organisation
• Analyse their organisation's Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
• Determine the Internal Audit policies and procedures for their organisation
• Verify that they have accessed and reviewed the documents and registers of the Assessment, Measurement and Improvement policy for their organisation
