Creator plans are ideal for businesses looking to distribute learning courses to learners via a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP). Growth plans are ideal for organisations without an LMS or LXP, looking for an all-in-one solution for creating, distributing and reporting on learning courses.

What's the difference between the Growth and Creator plans?

HowToo’s Growth plan is an all-in-one solution for creating, distributing and reporting on learning courses. With the Growth plan, you have full access to HowToo’s course creation tool, library of ready-to-go courses, as well as administration tools to add and manage learners. Courses can be assigned to your learners for them to complete by logging into HowToo. You can then track your learner’s progress on their assigned courses from your Admin Portal.

HowToo’s Creator plan also gives you full access to HowToo’s course creation tool, but then allows you to export courses as a SCORM or xAPI package that can be uploaded to an LMS or LXP. Courses are then assigned to learners for them to complete by logging into the LMS or LXP. The learner’s progress is tracked via the LMS or LXP.

What is SCORM and xAPI?

We recommend Creator plans for organisations that need, or have already implemented, a Learning Management System or Learning Experience Platform. Creator plans allow your team to develop courses using our full suite of features, including publishing to SCORM and xAPI files that can be seamlessly uploaded to your LMS or LXP when you’re ready to distribute.

I have an LMS or LXP, which plan is best for me?

Sure! You can test out Webflow on our free plan where you can experiment with 2 projects. Your unhosted projects will have a two-page limit, but you can purchase a site plan on a per-project basis to unlock up to 100 static pages and additional CMS pages.

What is a ready-to-go course?

A ready-to-go course is a complete learning experience that is ready to be delivered to learners. Designed by learning experts, HowToo’s ready-to-go courses contain 20-40 minutes of up-to-date learning content on topics that are highly relevant to businesses and organisations. Each course includes high-quality graphics and even audio and video content to ensure they are highly engaging and interactive for learners. Ready-to-go courses allow organisations to immediately solve critical business needs. With a HowToo subscription, ready-to-go courses can even be adjusted to include your organisation’s branding and specific processes or policies.
