2. Responsibilities:
- HR department will be responsible for identifying training needs, arranging training programs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Line managers are responsible for ensuring that employees attend required training sessions.
- Employees are responsible for actively participating in training programs and applying the knowledge gained in their work.
3. Training Needs Assessment:
- HR department will conduct an annual training needs assessment to identify the skills and knowledge gaps of employees.
- Line managers will provide input on specific training needs for their departments.
4. Training Program Arrangement:
- HR department will arrange training programs based on the training needs assessment.
- Training programs may be conducted in-house or externally by professional trainers.
5. Employee Attendance:
- Line managers will ensure that employees attend the required training programs.
- Employees are expected to attend all training sessions, unless they have a valid reason for absence.
- In case of absence, employees must inform their line managers and HR department in advance.
6. Training Evaluation:
- HR department will evaluate the effectiveness of each training program through feedback from employees and line managers.
- Based on the evaluation, HR department will make improvements to the training programs as needed.
7. Record Keeping:
- HR department will keep records of all training programs, employee attendance, and training evaluations.
- Employees must also keep records of their training and development activities for their personal records.
8. Review and Revision:
- This SOP will be reviewed and revised annually to ensure that it remains relevant and up-to-date.
