HowToo wins at the Brandon Hall Awards

HowToo is pleased to announce that they are recipients of the 2020 Brandon Hall Silver Award for Best Advance in Content Authoring Technology.Growing up on the leafy north shore of Sydney, a young Lisa Vincent dreamed of becoming a jazz singer. However, pursuing a professional career in music took a backseat and instead has continued as her side passion. Fast forward to the present day, Lisa has thrived in creating digital learning solutions for large corporate and government clients. Her latest start up is called HowToo and it’s online software that gives people with no background in learning and design, the power to create great digital learning.

The prestigious Brandon Hall Awards are widely acclaimed within the HR and Learning & Development fields for their recognition of excellence in training, learning and talent management.

The award adds to a year of success for HowToo, which has already received three major grants from the Australian government, including Accelerating Commercialisation, Innovations Connections and Boosting Female Founders Initiative. Altogether, these deliver almost AU$1 million in funding for the edtech startup company.

“We’re very proud to have bootstrapped HowToo to date with the amazing support of Federal Government grants,” says CEO and co-founder Lisa Vincent. “Winning this coveted Brandon Hall award only 9 months after our launch is testament to our world class platform with its inbuilt learning science, accessibility and ease of use.”
